I don't have any clients yet. Is LinX MAPP for me?

Yes. You create your account, enjoy your 100 free parcels and invite your senders as soon as you have won them over. A professional tracking space is a real selling point with online merchants.

Is it really free to start?

Yes: your first 100 parcels are free, with no bank card and no subscription.

How much does LinX MAPP cost afterwards?

Each delivered parcel costs 200 millimes (0.200 TND), prepaid in packs starting at 100 TND. The 2,500 and 5,000 packs include 180 and 500 free deliveries respectively.

How do I top up my account?

By bank transfer, by choosing one of the packs. The bank details are sent to you when you sign up.

What can my senders do?

Each of your senders has a mobile app and a web interface to create their parcels (one by one or in bulk), track their deliveries and view their payments and statistics.

Does the app work without network?

Yes. Your actions (deliveries, signatures, issues) are saved offline and then synchronised automatically when the connection returns.

Which phones does it run on?

On Android, via Google Play. An iOS version is planned: the app is designed so it can also be released on the App Store.
